Project and Data Coordinator

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

SHIFT: Monday - Thursday 7 AM - 5:30 PM 
COMPENSATION: $41,600 - $62,400
LOCATION: On-site

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fully embrace our Lean culture and help us develop a truly joyful work environment.
  • Own the successful execution and delivery of assigned projects for the organization, in a variety of assignments (third-party software integrations, data management, process improvement and custom development requests, etc.).
  • Manage the execution of software engineering tasks throughout the development process
    across platforms and cross functional teams.
  • Coordinate cross functional work to deliver projects to their intended business objectives.
  • Work with a team leads to properly vet scope and kickoff assignments.
  • Help with project timeline projections and gathering requirements.
  • Utilize Monday.com project management software to document timelines, updates and achievements.
  • Coordinate with the leadership team to deliver solutions on time.
  • Conduct research to identify project management improvements and enhancements.
  • Utilize database programs and run data queries.
  • Execute secure and effective data procedures.
  • Manage the translation of figures into other languages, and/or metrics when necessary.
  •  Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  •  Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
  • Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
  • Structure large data sets to find usable information.
  • Work with cross functional teams to process information.
  • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous work experience within the project management function or with relevant experience of participating in the leading of projects from inception to completion.
  • Have a positive and supportive attitude.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong follow-through skills and sound critical thinking abilities.
  • Well-developed time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in the English language with good communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel.

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years working familiarity with the software development/implementation lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise and Fishbowl Inventory Software.
  • Familiarity with Therefore Software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, project management, or relevant field.
  • Experience working with databases, data procedures, and data administration.
  • Working experience in data coordination or data handling.
  • Coding skills in languages such as Oracle and Python.
  • Project management experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working with Scrum/ Agile project management teams.
