Maintain all business analytics ensuring effective, relevant information is obtained.
Analyze and prepare meaningful reports based off data and identify trends.
Continuously improve processes throughout the organization and as identified from analyzed data.
Work closely with the Transformation Manager to record and document all necessary information to be in compliance with ISO.
Complete internal audits to ensure compliance to company processes and to identify and resolve gaps.
Oversee and ensure effective RMA process.
Oversee the non-conforming product area and ensure that all non-conforming products are properly documented.
Track internal and external defects.
Assist with training development, process improvement implementation, and effectiveness evaluations.
Participate and engage in workgroups providing compliance guidance and maintaining a continuous improvement focus.
Assist with international compliance as needed.
Performs related duties as required. Participate in special project work, such as (but not limited to) market research, sales trend analysis, marketing, product testing, quality assurance, lean and continuous improvements.
Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization’s mission and help execute growth plans.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or G.E.D. or Equivalent
Knowledge of office software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, QuickBooks, Therefore, Adobe, and Photoshop.
Outstanding communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal).
Expected to be on time and able to maintain a high attendance record.
Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to type 35 WPM.
Experience in ISO 9001 and other related quality standards.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Excellent prioritization skills.
Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills; able to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
Flexible, comfortable with change, and able to maintain a positive and infectious attitude.
Time management, service orientation, social perceptiveness, and reading comprehension.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of office software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, QuickBooks, Therefore, Adobe, and data analysis platforms.
Bilingual language skills.
2+ years of quality experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong relationships with staff in a supportive confidential role.
