This Women’s History Month, we’re proud to announce a new partnership with Tulsa Metro Women on Fire — an organization making powerful strides to uplift, mentor, and support women in the fire service.
Founded by Kendall Taylor and Alexa Reed, this nonprofit began as a grassroots effort and has grown into a thriving network that provides mentorship, leadership opportunities, and hands-on training to women in fire — all while inspiring the next generation. Through initiatives like Camp Fierce, a 2.5-day experience where young girls gain hands-on firefighting skills while building confidence, leadership, and resilience in a supportive environment, and Hydrants of Hope, a heartfelt collaboration that brings joy to families facing pediatric cancer by offering cost-free experiences like Zoo Days, flight adventures, and holiday celebrations — their impact is undeniable.
At Phenix, we believe in building more than just helmets — we believe in building community, breaking barriers, and creating lasting impact. Partnering with Tulsa Metro Women on Fire means standing alongside a team that shares our values of service, empowerment, and progress. We’re honored to support their mission and look forward to the incredible things we’ll accomplish together.
