Phenix Technology, Inc. Celebrates National Autism Awareness Month with Opportunity For All Program
RIVERSIDE, CA. —Phenix Technology, Inc., a leader in fire helmet manufacturing, is proud to announce its celebration of National Autism Awareness month throughout April 2023 by highlighting its Opportunity For All program.
This program provides work study opportunities for the neurodiverse community to gain valuable work experience, receive a paycheck, and on-the-job training in a supportive and inclusive environment. The Opportunity For All program is a unique initiative launched as a part of Phenix Technology, Inc.’s commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. By creating opportunities for neurodiverse individuals to gain valuable work experience, this program helps break down barriers and provide a pathway to a successful career.
"Our Opportunity For All program is designed to create a pathway for individuals with autism and other neurodivergent conditions to enter the workforce and build a career," said Angel Sanchez, Jr., CEO. "We believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to reach their full potential, and we are committed to supporting the neurodiverse community through this program and other initiatives."
Participants in the program are paired with mentors who provide on-the-job training and guidance throughout their work experience. They also receive a paycheck and gain valuable skills and experience that can help them succeed in their future careers.
